Confidentiality

To create a safe, respectful, and effective coaching relationship, both parties agree to maintain confidentiality around all information shared during our work together.

Unless mutually agreed upon in writing ahead of time, neither party will disclose or distribute any of the following:

• Personal, financial, or health-related information, including goals and coaching fees

• Proprietary business information, systems, or processes

• Coaching strategies, frameworks, or techniques

• Business-related purchases or investments discussed during coaching

• Any recorded conversations, including video, audio, or written transcripts

• Notes, task lists, or internal coaching materials

• Any documentation related to our coaching relationship, including agreements, intake forms, questionnaires, meal plans, exercise plans, checklists, or follow-up materials

Both parties agree to honor the confidentiality of all shared information to the best of their ability.

Attendance & Scheduling Policy

All parties agree to show up on time and prepared for scheduled coaching sessions.

If you anticipate being late, please notify me via email or text message as soon as possible. Due to scheduling constraints, late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.

Grace periods are as follows:

• Virtual sessions: 10-minute grace period

• In-person sessions: 15-minute grace period

If you miss the grace period for a scheduled intensive session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

If you miss the grace period for a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, that session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

To reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email.

Refund Policy (One-to-One Clients Only)

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of joining by emailing Dani@DaniDTaylor.com.

Please note:

• After 24 hours, and/or once your welcome packet has been submitted, preparation and planning on your behalf begins.

• Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

This policy ensures clarity and protects the integrity of the coaching process for all clients.

Final Acknowledgment

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
