Once inside the academy, you'll receive the live coaching schedule. If you have conflicts, don’t worry—replays will be available in the Weekly Coaching Replays section of the membership portal for 30 days.
You can also access daily support in our members-only group, where you’re encouraged to ask questions anytime and get support from me and other women on this journey with you. In addition to that, private coaching options are available to make sure you have all the guidance you need for success.

These sessions, offered every 12 weeks, are optional but can significantly accelerate your weight loss success by aligning your goals with a focused, actionable strategy.
